Our new ready-to-use LEMON-THYME marinade has won a Snacking d’Or award
The Lemon-Thyme marinade wins the 2023 Snacking d’Or award!
Our marinades are the result of the expertise of France Culinaire Développement (35), a specialist in dehydrated aromatic blends, and Soreal (35), the Breton specialist in sauces for foodservice professionals.
They are all made using a rapeseed–shea oil blend, ensuring a stable recipe with excellent coating properties, perfectly suited to the needs of the foodservice and snacking industries.

Lemon–Thyme Marinade
This restaurant classic, with its powerful lemon aroma, stands out thanks to its visible pieces of small vegetables and herbs (thyme, Provence herbs).
Format: recyclable top-down bottle – 768 ml capacity
Usage: 6 to 10% of the final product (meat, fish, vegetables). For a more intense flavour, let it rest for 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
