The French industrial group Groupe YDEO, headquartered in Étrelles (35), is pleased to announce the acquisition, dated December 22, 2021, of the agri-food company SOREAL (SOREAL ILOU + SONJAL). Following this external growth, the entire Groupe YDEO will represent a turnover of €140 million in 2022.
