We are pleased to announce that the YDEO Group has acquired a majority stake in the Spanish agri-food company ALIMINTER, S.A., which also includes its subsidiary Alicomar S.A., located in Fez (Morocco).

Three years after the acquisition of Soreal-Ilou (Brie, Ille-et-Vilaine), this operation marks a new milestone in the Group’s development in the sauces and condiments market, serving the foodservice sector, the agri-food industry, and mass retail.
